If you receive damaged or incorrect items, we are here for you! Take a photo of the issue and send it to us by email at support@feranowear.com We will take care of resolving the issue and will send you either the correct item or a replacement. The shipping costs for returning damaged or faulty items will be covered by us.
What happens if I bought the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or I no longer want it?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind, you have the option to return the goods within 30 days from the delivery date. To start the return process, please contact us at support@feranowear.com.
